Thank you for taking the time to visit our public engagement website. Wyatt Homes is preparing proposals for a new landscape-led neighbourhood on land at Higher Clockhouse Farm, located to the west of Bransgore, within the redline right (Public Rights of Way in yellow).
We are at the very beginning of the planning process, and are sharing our emerging proposals. Importantly, no planning application has been submitted and no decisions have been made.
This engagement website has been prepared to introduce the site, explain our emerging ideas, and, most importantly, invite local people to help shape the proposals before they are finalised.

Around 220 new homes - Providing a mix of homes for first-time buyers, families and older residents.
Up to 50% Affordable Housing - Helping local people remain within the community they know and love.
Extensive Green Infrastructure - New public open space, woodlands, wetlands and wildlife habitats.
New Walking and Cycling Routes - Improving opportunities to travel actively and enjoy the countryside.
Significant Biodiversity Improvements - Creating new habitats and enhancing existing ecological features.
Community Facilities - Exploring opportunities for new community uses, play areas and spaces.
Potential Allotments - Responding to ideas already suggested through our early discussions with the Parish Council.
Investment in Bransgore - Delivering improvements for the local community and improving infrastructure
